REMAKE POLICY

The cost for fabricating custom made restorations cannot be refunded. A credit may be issued directly to the account when a case doesn’t meet our exceptional standards for quality, function, and fit. Any credit balance on an account must be used for lab services within 60 days from the date of issue or it expires.

Under most conditions, all remakes will be completed at no charge if received within 30 days of the invoice date. However, charges will be incurred under the following circumstances:

1. The original dental restoration was not returned.
2. The bite or impression sent is different from the original.
3. Abutments and/or teeth are re-prepped.
4. Restorative materials requested are different from the original order.
5. The shade is different from the original order.
6. Specific instructions were not provided on the original order.
7. We question the die, margin, or impression and are told to proceed as is.
8. We have advised the quality of the order cannot be guaranteed and are informed to proceed.
9. When the restoration fits perfectly on the master model and solid model.

WE WILL NOTIFY CLIENTS OF ANY REMAKE CHARGES PRIOR TO FABRICATION.

WARRANTY OF WORK

We guarantee its work for one year against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

PAYMENT

For all current accounts you will be billed as usual.

For all new accounts a valid credit card must be on file to process your restorations.
